Private Music Lessons

Students may take a lesson either for credit or no credit. All lessons are taught by fulltime and adjunct members of the music faculty. Registration procedures vary.

No-credit Applied Study (MSAP 060-082), 0 units

Weekly one-hour private music lessons for no academic credit
Additional fee: $450 per semester of study
Open to all students; placement audition required

Applied Study for Academic Credit (MSAP 160-182), ½ unit

Weekly one-hour private lessons for ½ unit of academic credit for each semester of study
